In October 2020 ECDC as the Local Panning Authority was consulted as to whether prior approval was required for the demolition and site clearance of two fire-damaged bungalows under the Town & Country Planning General Permitted Development Order (GPDO) 2015. The LPA determined that prior approval was not required. The relevant documents can be viewed by visiting the ECDC online public access planning portal and entering the reference number 20/01362/DEM. https://pa.eastcambs.gov.uk/online-applications/
