Number of fly tips and hot spots in 2025

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like:
1) the total number of fly-tipping incidents reported in 2023-24 in the East Cambridgeshire District Council area,
2) a list of the top 5-10 fly-tipping hotspot locations (street names or postcodes), and
3) current enforcement measures (CCTV, patrols) and annual budget for fly-tipping
clean up/enforcement in 2023-24.
