Breakdown of CIL monies received and demanded

Please provide the following information relating to your local authority's ("you") administration of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) under Part 8 of the CIL Regulations 2010 (as amended). In what follows, "you" includes any former local authority whose CIL charging functions you have inherited due to local government reorganisation.
For each and every financial year since you started charging CIL, please provide any information which you hold on:
1. the total amount of CIL you demanded under demand notices issued within that financial year (irrespective of whether or when the CIL was actually paid). If possible, please give the net amount demanded, after excluding demand notices which were subsequently cancelled or withdrawn in that same year.
2. the total amount of CIL actually paid to you in money within that financial year (irrespective of when the demand notice which gave rise to such payments was served). If possible, please give the net amount paid to you, after excluding any repayments or refunds given in that same year. Please exclude data relating to 'in kind' payments.
3. Any explanatory material relating to the above data which assists in explaining what is included, and what adjustments have been made. For example, if you are not able to state the net amounts as requested above, separate information about amounts which have not been netted off should be supplied.
