Breakdown of sports facility sales and disposals for past 10 years

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the disposal and sale of sports and leisure facilities.
Please provide the following information for all sports facilities (including, but not limited to, leisure centres, swimming pools, playing fields, sports halls, and courts) sold or disposed of by the Council between 2015 and 2025.
1. Number of Facilities: The total number of sports facilities sold or disposed of during this period.
2. Asset Details: For each facility, please provide:
o The type of facility (e.g., "Leisure Centre," "Football Pitch").
3. Financial Value: The final sale price (or "consideration") received by the Council for each asset. If the asset was transferred for a nominal sum (e.g., via Community Asset Transfer), please state this.
4. Square Footage/Size: The total square footage (GIA) or acreage (for outdoor pitches/land) of each facility or site sold.
5. Buyer Category: Whether the facility was sold to a private developer, a community group, or another public body.

2. Swimming pool (note: this was replaced with a new swimming pool in a new leisure centre).
3. The Council sold the site to East Cambs Trading Company for £539,650. This was a decision of Council on 21 April 2022.
4. 0.17 hectares
5. The land was sold to the Council’s wholly owned company East Cambs Trading Company, for residential development which included a mixture of open-market homes and £100k homes (affordable housing).
