Details of any meetings regarding the proposed Forest City Project

Forest City is a proposed city development within East Cambridgeshire. According to representatives of the project, they have met with East Cambridgeshire Council officials to discuss the project.
I am requesting the following information:
- Minutes of any meetings, whether in person or electronic, that have taken place between East Cambridgeshire Council officials, councillors or any other representatives of the Council and those representing the Forest City project.
- Any and all communications, whether written or electronic, between East Cambridgeshire Council officials, councillors or any other representatives of the Council and those representing the Forest City Project.

I have checked with East Cambridgeshire District Council officers, planning department, corporate management team and Councillors, and confirm that we have not had any meetings or hold any information on Forest City.

The Council considers that the requested information falls within the Environmental Information Regulations (“EIR”), which relate to information on activities affecting or likely to affect the elements and factors of the environment.
